Leadership Training & Facilitation
In addition to her political and policy work, Jen has been facilitating and training in a variety of different settings for the past six years. She is a certified Gracious Space facilitator. During her five years PacificSource Health Plan’s Government Relations Director, she incorporated this and other philosophies as an integral part of the leadership development program for the multi-state, non-profit corporation. The organization adopted the tenets of Gracious Space as a part of their corporate culture and saw marked improvement in team relations and collaboration as a result.
Jen has presented to and facilitated conversations for various multi-state organizations. Whether they were looking to address impacts of the pandemic on their own organization’s culture and norms or to improve outcomes, Jen worked with each organization to address their specific needs and current challenges. Some of her leadership development clients have included Kampgrounds of America (KOA), Sanderson-Stewart, Payne-West Insurance, Young Presidents’ Organization (Big Sky Chapter), and Helena College.
